Goodbye FB , hello WP

Hello again my blog , how have you been?

(Coincidentally also listening to Adele`s Hello)

It`s been two years and lots of things have happened.

Let`s start with the latest.

FaceBook suddenly asked an ID to validate my name. Either I was randomly choosen or somebody who hates me reported me.

So I send a picture of a typhoon and was able to login again but after a few minutes they cut my session again meaning i got forcefully logout.

Next I sent a sort of certification, a laminated paper with my name after finishing a training in the company last year then I got a reply that they are still reviewing my account.

Sorry Facebook, I think I have already uploaded too much information about myself on your site BUT you are not getting anymore especially any ID …

Yesterday, I was contemplating on deactivating my account and start my life again without Facebook and I think the gods heard me really quickly (I do wish they hear my other request faster to).

So to make my it short, I no longer have a Facebook account so it`s time to return to my blog and other social media.

Are you still active in Facebook?

Do you think you can deactivate it and leave without it?

Love to hear you opinion..

  1. Hisashiburidesu. Good to hear from you, after so long. Most of my stuff on Facebook is through the pages I manage – The Great Outdoors-Japan and This piece of Rock – and that is about all I have to do with the site. I have often wondered how I would feel if they tracked me down to verify my name.

  2. Ugh. I’m not sure I could live without Facebook. But I’m glad you’re back here! 😀

Any thoughts?
