For the love of Good Food

One thing that T and I never say NO to is FOOD. Good , Delicious and yet affordable food.

Before the winter ended and before the winter crab are gone , we decided to join another tour that will take us all the way to Fukui Prefecture for this very delicious King Crab.

Each participant will get 3 whole King crabs cooked in 12 different ways. One of the 3 as you can see is just boiled. Oh how big and good it loooks :).

We were given 1.5 hours to finish everything but in less than an hour all of it was gone :). We really did not have any proper breakfast, so we were really hungry by the time we got there.

A bus tour within the coast line of Fukui, overlooking the Sea of Japan was included in the tour unfortunately it rained all the way there, we really could not see anything.

An hour stay in a local Onsen ( hot spring ) in Fukui, and on the way home, the tour guide decided to take a different route going through Lake Biwa since we did not get a good view of coastline.

We did glimpse a little bit of Lake Biwa before the rain poured again.

Rain or shine, we were still very happy to have eaten such a sumptous lunch πŸ™‚ Looking forward to our next food tour :).
