Bisdak Christmas 2010

* Bisdak means Filipinos who are from Visayas and Mindanao and who’s dialect is the Bisaya or Cebuano.

After a long long long time, we finally found the day and time to be together again to eat , talk and just have some fun. My former colleagues at work, seniors at my university and just old friends getting together to celebrate a simple Christmas here in Tokyo.

I made some Menudo for everybody.  My first attempt and they say it was good so I’m happy.

Pasta

Our host, Mr. B. made some Pasta and Humba for everybody.

Chocolate Cake

The A. Family brought with them a homemade chocolate cake. It was delicious.

Meat and Potato

C. made some Niku Jaga ( Meat and Potato ).

The Feast

It was a lovely day with Friends 😀
